Check it out! Washington Place made the news today! There’s a great video clip and article highlighting this project’s intended impact on growth in Tukwila as the greater Seattle area continues to be one of the fastest growing urban centers in the country. It’s always fun to see our work in the news!
Conco poured the last deck at Washington Place today. Thanks to everyone who made this job a fantastic experience and ultimate success. We are proud to have been a part of building the tallest building in Tukwila.

Happy Holidays, Crunchers! It’s that time of year again: time for the Cruncher T-Shirt Design Competition!
Your artwork could be the next face of Cruncher t-shirts and safety awards! We would like to invite all Crunchers and Cruncher fans to compete in an art competition, with the winning piece to be featured on our 17th anniversary t-shirts in May.
All drawing submissions are due by the end of the year: December 31, 2016. The final version will need to be transferred to t-shirts, so remember to keep it relatively simple and appropriate for the workplace. Need help coming up with ideas? Send us a message on facebook, or through Cruncher’s Contact page. Submissions should be sent via email to Murray@CruncherConstruction.com. We look forward to seeing what you come up with!
As our work on the Washington Place job in Tukwila wraps up this month, we enjoy seeing the final product starting to take shape. Check out the article posted by Conco, our General Contractor on this job. Thanks to everyone whose hard work and commitment have brought this building to fruition.
Cruncher recently started work on the former site of the Asarco copper smelter near Point Defiance Park in Tacoma. We are very excited to be a part of this project to revitalize the waterfront and re-purpose the former industrial site. There are multiple sites under construction in the area, and we are pleased to be a part of several of them, which will serve to meet the growing demand for more waterfront apartments and retail space in Tacoma. Check out this video to see the development of Point Ruston as of last year!
