We are very excited to announce our upcoming project at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport: Cruncher will be building the new International Arrivals Facility with Conco Commercial Concrete Contractors! We look forward to collaborating with Conco, Clark Construction, and the Port of Seattle on this important expansion to Seatac. Look for more updates coming soon!
Check out this site for further information on what to expect from the new facility.
Cruncher recently started work on the former site of the Asarco copper smelter near Point Defiance Park in Tacoma. We are very excited to be a part of this project to revitalize the waterfront and re-purpose the former industrial site. There are multiple sites under construction in the area, and we are pleased to be a part of several of them, which will serve to meet the growing demand for more waterfront apartments and retail space in Tacoma. Check out this video to see the development of Point Ruston as of last year!
This job is going to be a 26-story apartment building next to the Amazon headquarters in South Lake Union. The project promotes walking, biking, ride share programs and transit use by limiting parking and by providing one bike parking space for every unit. We’re looking forward to working on this project and sharing our progress here over the next few months!
